We can send to almost any address on the planet.

Please note: Due to current regulations and restrictions in some countries, we may not be able to send items to customers in those locations.

Once you have completed a purchase, we shall calculate the best shipping and delivery dates for your items based on their availibility and the shipping method you have chosen for your order. Some shipping options may take longer than others and depending on which shipping method you choose, the shipiing dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We endeavour ourselves to make sure that all items are processed within two days of completed purchases.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that the shipping address will be taken from your billing address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout. The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address if the order was shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email (check your junk e-mail folder if you can't find it). Ensure that all information is correct. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

A follow-up link to your order is attached in the email. You can query according to the order number.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You'll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.

IMPORTANT

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee.
