DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All orders recieved shall be processed within two days upon completion of payment.
We are able to send items around the world to the following countries; United States, United Kingdom, Asutralia, France, Germany and many more.
Please note that the shipping address will be taken from your billing address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout. The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address if the order was shipped.
After purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email (check your junk e-mail folder if you can't find it). Ensure that all information is correct. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
A follow-up link to your order is attached in the email. You can query according to the order number.
TRACKING AN ORDER
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee.
