Refund Policy:

Please note that there is a 30 day refund policy on all items. Any later and you may not be eligible for any money returned.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that is was when you recieved it. Worn or used items will not be eligible and any tags must remain attached as well with the original packaging. You will also need the reciept as proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, we will send a return address shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where you will need to send your parcel. N.B. Any item which is returned to us without firtst requesting a refund, will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Please check your order once you have received it, and contact us as soon as possible if the item is either damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and correct it at no extra cost.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable items:

For health and safety reasons, a number of items can not be returned. Such items include perishable goods including but not limited to food, flowers and / or plants. Custom or personalised items and anything related to personal care. We do not accept returns for any items which may contain hazardpus materials, flammable liquids and / or gasses. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries with regards to the above information or if you have any concerns.

We do not accept the return of items which have been sold in a sale, nor do we accept the return of gift cards.

Exchanges:

In order to ensure that you receive the item you want as quickly as possible. Please submit the refund policy as soon as possible to avoid any unecessary delays.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
